A vocal supporter of local drag, Trinity "the tuck" Taylor is giving local drag performers in Boise the opportunity to compete for a cash prize and appearance at the famed drag venue, Mickey's in LA!

We have a big update to the show's prizes! Boise Pride Festival is supporting LGBTQ performers on and off stage -

In addition to Trinity's cash prize of $500 for the winner in the Love for the Art tour, Boise Pride is matching for a total of $1,000 awarded to the winning drag competitor! They're also adding 2nd and 3rd place prizes! The winners will now receive the following:

1st Place: $1,000 and a chance to perform with other national winners at Mickey's in LA
2nd Place: $300
3rd Place: $200

Come support your local queens as they perform alongside RuPaul's Drag Race S9 favorite, Trinity Taylor, and compete for the national spotlight!

DRAG CONTESTANTS
Post a 30-second video of why Trinity and Five Senses should pick you to enter the Love for the Art contest!

Include a brief introduction of yourself and your drag persona, as well as why you'd make a great addition to the show in Boise as well as on stage in LA.

Entries due by the midnight on the 18th. Contestants will be notified the next day, giving them a week to promote their participation in the event.

Video can be uploaded directly on Facebook in the Event page, or linked to an external video hosting site like YouTube, but must be posted in the Event Page (https://www.facebook.com/events/2093247814040341/) and accessible by the cutoff.

Chosen contestants who have already purchased tickets may offer their ticket to a +1, as their own entry to the show will be free.
